For Booklet purchases, there are no refunds. Because everything is given up front, we cannot issue any refunds. If you are having trouble & you would like to speak to us about any issues, we are happy to discuss with you how you can make the necessary adjustments to get back on track.

When purchasing from this website, your personal information is only used to create your specific program that is sent to you. We DO NOT send any information to third party. Your personal information will never be shared with anyone because we value your privacy.
Individualized Plan Policy
Booklets are created from your specific weight & gender. Because this information varies from person to person, your plan will not work for friends and family. If they want to try out the program, they will need to purchase their own package so that the amounts, calories, cardio & workouts fit more specifically (and therefor more effectively) for them and their individual information.
